For even more fun, Valberg invests every year to further develop and extend its ski area. This year, Barzes is the star: a new 520-meter drop slope has been created from the top of the Dreccia down to the bottom of the Barzes ski area. It will allow more skiers to discover and enjoy the Barzes ski area.
In response to requests to improve your comfort during your stay, Valberg launches its "Valberg Liberty" handsfree skipass, making Valberg the first Southern Alp ski resort implementing that technology.
Valberg Liberty, is a smart card skipass. Once purchased, no more waste of time, you only focus on your skiing. With Valberg Liberty, no need to lineup for checkout, just put your skis on, our automatic access control system will recognize you as you approach ski lifts and let you go! Warmly sitting in your pocket, Valberg Liberty let you fully enjoy our ski area.
The pass only needs to be purchased once, it is reusable several years provided you reload it on our web site, on automatic terminals within the resort, or even by phone. But thanks to the internet, Valberg Liberty will soon become much more than a skipass... Stay tuned!
