The FAMILLE PLUS label is awarded for a period of three years to communities that have a genuine policy of welcoming families and children. It is awarded on the basis of an application file, followed by an audit to ensure that the criteria have been met. Intermediary checks and consistent effort enable constant improvement and fine-tuning of the care and services offered to families.
Accommodation, activity and catering professionals are committed to working alongside the certified municipalities to provide a extra special welcome to families.
